I've had planter fasciitis once before but it didn't last as long as this time.  I am over weight, but no more so than I've been for years. I was wondering if  I could have gotten it this time because my husband was bedridden for about a 6 week period and I was going up and down the stairs constantly every day for that period of time.  Getting out of bed in the morning is excruciating and after sitting for any length of time when I get up  it's just as bad.

Hi I am in a lot of pain in my feet to the point that it scares my angles are swallow  and look like i have four angle nots
